PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION:

Before you buy a used ATV or side-by-side, make sure you know exactly what you’re getting. Our Pre-Purchase Inspection service gives you a full, honest assessment of the vehicle’s condition so you can avoid surprises and negotiate confidently.

We perform a detailed inspection covering all major systems, from mechanical to electrical, and provide a clear evaluation before you make your purchase.

Our inspection includes:

  • Full mechanical check – engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, and suspension

  • Electrical system test – battery, ignition, starter, and lights

  •  Chassis and frame inspection – looking for cracks, bends, or signs of accidents

  • Fluid condition review – oil, coolant, and brake fluids

  • Air filter and exhaust inspection

  • Test drive (with seller’s permission) to verify performance and handling

Dekra Ready

Avoid the stress and wasted trips to inspection! Our Dekra Preparation Service makes sure your ATV, UTV, or motorcycle meets all the requirements before you go.

⚠️ Please note: We only prepare your vehicle for Dekra — we do not take it to the inspection center. Once we finish, your machine will be ready for you to present it confidently. We can also recommend people to transport to dekra if needed.

Our service includes:

  • brakes, lights, horn, tires, suspension, and mirrors

  • battery, ignition, and wiring

  • Exhaust and emissions review to meet Dekra requirements

  • license plate, and required accessories

  • Engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, etc.

  • Exterior cleaning so your machine looks inspection-ready

  • Optional minor adjustments or part replacements if needed for compliance

  • Full exterior wash and detail — removing dust, mud, and salt buildup

  • Greasing of all key points (suspension, steering, axle joints, etc.)

  •  Cleaning and inspection of the gear change motor for smooth shifting

  • Air filter service – cleaning and adding special protective liquid to improve engine breathing

  • Professional test drive to verify performance, braking, and handling under real conditions

Our storage service includes:

  • Under-roof, weather-protected parking — shields from sun, rain, and salt air

  • Weekly short drives to keep the battery charged and prevent brake pads from sticking

  • Weekly wash to remove dust, dirt, and salt buildup

  • Secure facility with 24/7 camera surveillance and controlled access 

  • Easy drop-off and pickup during shop hours

Paint | Anti Rust

Protect your ATV or side-by-side from Nosara’s salty air, humidity, and rugged terrain with our Anti-Rust Paint Service. Unlike quick spray jobs, we hand-paint every part using brushes, allowing the paint to penetrate deeper, adhere better, and cover hard-to-reach surfaces for maximum protection.

Our process includes:

  • Complete rust removal – we hand-sand all affected areas until bare metal is clean and smooth

  • Deep cleaning and degreasing to remove dirt and residue

  • Hand-applied anti-corrosion primer and paint using brushes for superior penetration and surface coverage

  • Protective coating that resists humidity, salt, and dirt buildup

  •  Optional underbody treatment for extra protection on the frame, suspension, and welds

DURATION: 2- 4 days depending on the size of the vehicle
